Objectives
1. Coordinate and grow the vocal atmosphere at matches.
We build the match day atmosphere and terrace culture at home and away matches through coordinated vocal support and flag displays.
2. Organise reliable and affordable travel to away matches.
We provide away travel services for all Altrincham supporters and offer discounted pricing and priority booking to our members.
3. Discuss key topics and gauge the overall opinion of the group's members.
We will provide a platform for Altrincham supporters to constructively debate important topics, canvas opinion and find solutions.
4. Establish and maintain a constructive communication channel with the football club.
We will represent the views of our members to the football club and advocate for these perspectives to be considered and valued in club decisions.
5. Support local community initiatives and relevant charitable causes.
We will support local community initiatives and relevant charitable causes to make a positive impact outside of football.

Decision-Making
UGR operates on an equal consensus model, meaning every member has an equal say in decision-making. We prioritise reaching general agreement and, where necessary, hold votes to ensure the group's direction is shaped by all voices.
Membership
UGR is open to all Altrincham FC supporters aged 18+, on a pay-what-you-feel basis from a suggested £3/month. Membership is a rolling monthly agreement you can start or cancel at any time, and additional contributions never carry extra influence. Full details on benefits and how to join are on our Membership page.
